Interlux Micron Extra SPC Antifouling Paint
Interlux is known for its high-quality antifouling paints that have been manufactured using only superior ingredients and developed for long-lasting results in all types of waters. Interlux Micron Extra Self Polishing Copolymer (SPC) antifouling paint is designed to provide premium multi-seasonal performance in every climate, from frigid to tropical. The paint’s SPC technology provides remarkable protection by slowly polishing away its laminated surface, whether docked or out on the water, to provide a smoother, more efficient hull while minimizing paint build up.
Interlux Micron Extra SPC is suitable for all types of boats. It can be applied to fiberglass, wood, and previously antifouled surfaces, but is not recommended for aluminum boat bottoms. Fiberglass Sanding System
- Clean the surface following the preparation procedure above.
- Sand the entire surface well with 80 grade paper until flat matte finish is obtained.
- Remove sanding residue.
Blister Prevention System
- Apply the InterProtect system for the prevention of blisters.
Bare Wood
